NARMS is not liable for the content of any advertisements or the responses to such advertisements. NARMS encourages users to take appropriate safeguards when responding to job postings and arranging meetings.

NARMS does not independently verify the validity of advertisements (job postings). NARMS will not accept advertisements which discriminate or intend to discriminate, or that are otherwise illegal. If you believe an advertisement or party placing an advertisement posted on this service discriminates on any illegal basis, or is otherwise illegal, please contact us at info@narms.com. Descriptions of positions vary from company to company and you are encouraged to investigate fully and understand all aspects of any job you are considering.

Data Profile Form
This Data Profile form is provided to you free of charge in order that you may make your Data Profile available to those NARMS member companies who maintain expanded listings on the NARMS.com web site. This form is licensed to you for use ONLY to include your Data Profile information in The NARMS Recruiter. Any other use is a violation of the terms and conditions of this web site.

This form is on this site at the request of the NARMS member companies. They are set up to receive your information from this form in a particular format and ONLY information that relates to your availability to fill retail service positions. All other types of contact information should be avoided. Maintaining Data Profiles
The person who completed the data profile is responsible for maintaining the security of their password and other information disclosed on the form. Your data was stored in The Recruiter for NARMS member companies to search. Each NARMS member company may also keep their own database of Data Profiles. While you can remove your Data Profile from The Recruiter using your email log-in, you may also receive emails from those companies who choose to also keep a database.

The best way to remove your name is to reply to inquiries from the individual companies requesting they remove you from their lists. You may wish to prepare a standard statement that you can easily copy and paste into your reply. In the event that you find it difficult to get your name removed from the contact lists, send a request -- along with a history of email requests -- to admin@narms.com and we will assist you in removing your name.

Recruiting Firms
Recruiting firms are prohibited from using The Recruiter.

Scheduling for Multiple Companies
The Recruiter is licensed ONLY to those member companies who have an expanded listing on NARMS.com. The Recruiter may only be used for the benefit of NARMS member companies who maintain an expanded listing.

NARMS.com only collects personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, e-mail addresses, skills and experience, demographic information (age, gender, etc.) and the like, when voluntarily submitted by a visitor.  Visitors may choose to submit personal information to post their profile in the Recruiter, or post a job offering. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from nor do we offer services to minors at this site.

The Use of Personal Information
Providing personal information is up to you, our visitor. We collect personally identifiable information to enter you into the Recruiter and broadcast your profile to the membership, to e-mail you with updates and news, to respond to your questions or comments, to register you for certain features, and/or to send out information on our association.
