Registration in 2009 will be based on a combination company/individual fee schedule. Per person registration includes attendance opportunities at three evening social functions and two on-the-go breakfast/lunches in the IFBA Lounge. EVERYONE participating in B2B meetings is expected to register. Only exceptions to required registrations are guests attending the closing reception ONLY on May 21. E-mail confirmation is also expected of these individuals to accommodate registration listing, nametags, etc. Anyone registering after May 1 may miss being listed in meeting program as attendee of the 2009 conference.
Costs
IFBA brokers, NARMS member manufacturers and NARMS associate member companies
$395 USD per company registration; plus $100 USD per person, company employee/spouse/guest
Manufacturer non-NARMS member companies
$495 USD per company registration of manufacturer non-NARMS member companies: plus $100 USD per person, company employee/spouse/guest
Non-NARMS member broker companies
$995 USD per company registration of non-NARMS member broker companies; plus $100 USD per person, company employee/spouse/guest
Non-NARMS member broker companies are encouraged to join NARMS International to realize considerable registration savings

After May 8, 2009 or Chicago on-site conference registration:

$495 USD per company registration fee; plus
$150 per person, company employee/spouse/guest
Manufacturer non-NARMS member companies
$595 USD per company registration fee; plus
$150 USD per person, company employee/spouse/guest
Non-NARMS member broker companies
$1,095 USD per company registration fee; plus
$150 USD per person; company employee/spouse/guest
Refund policy: Full company cancellations made prior to May 9 will be charged a $100/company and $50/per person handling fee with balance of registration fees reimbursed. After May 8, cancellations will be assessed handling fees of $250/company (if full company cancels) and $75/person.
