About

As the NARMS 2010 spring conference rapidly approaches, I encourage you to review the information here that identifies many learning and networking opportunities taking place at the Saddlebrook Resort in Tampa, FL April 17-20, 2010.

We have already established amazing speakers and guests to provide you wealthy information to bring back to your company. I encourage you to register early for this event and hope to see you at the Saddlebrook Resort for the 15th Annual Meeting.

Registration fee includes all educational and networking session, breakfasts (2), lunches (3), and the Sunday and Monday evening receptions.

  • All fees payable in USD with registration conducted in the US Eastern time zone.
  • Conference attendee name changes at conference site will incur $100 change fee
  • A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to March 16, 2010.
  • Absolutely no (under any circumstances) refunds will be provided after March 15, 2010.
  • Spouses or Guests are defined as those individuals who are not an employee, director or owner of member or non/member company that is registered for the conference. Spouses or Guests can only participate in the social aspect of the conference (Tuesday night Reception and Dinner have an extra charge) and may not attend any of the educational sessions.

    Booths include pipe and drape, name sign, carpeting, and electricity.  Exhibitors are responsible for ordering their own booth furniture.

    Information about furniture, internet and shipping will be emailed to exhibitors prior to conference. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend general sessions, workshops, receptions, and lunches.
