2008 Annual Meeting & Spring Conference EXHIBITOR'S Registration

Booths include pipe and drape, name sign, carpeting, wireless internet and electricity. Information about ordering booth furniture will be emailed to exhibitors prior to conference. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend general sessions, workshops, receptions, and lunches.

Exhibits are open:
1:00 PM - 6:30 PM on Sunday, April 13
8:00 AM - 6:00 PM on Monday April 14
8:00 AM - 12:30 PM Tuesday April 15.
Exhibitor set-up is scheduled from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon on Sunday.

A three hour open exhibitor time is scheduled for Monday afternoon. During this time exhibitors can hold workshops and conduct scheduled appointments.

Additional Registration (Available only to registered conference exhibitors)		$150.00
Tuesday Night Reception/Dinner/Entertainment/Dessert (Available only to registered conference attendees/exhibitors)		$75.00
Golf Sunday (Available only to registered conference attendees/exhibitors)		$200.00
Golf Glub Rental (Callaway)		$55.00
Registration Fees are refundable (minus a $75.00 processing fee) through March 12, 2008 At Conference Attendee Name Changes - $100 Exhibitor set-up is scheduled from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon on Sunday. All prices listed are in US Dollars
