May 14, 2012 by Editor
The National Association for Retail Marketing Services (NARMS International) is pleased to announce the appointment of four new members to the Board of Directors for a two year commitment (2012-2014). They will join the current Executive Board and members, and bring with them leadership and vision to the future of the Association.
Jim Fulk, Executive Vice President of RMSe has been selected to fill the vacant seat, following Kelly Hampton’s recent board resignation. This appointment is pursuant to the NARMS Bylaws, Article V, Section 12: Vacancies. Jim’s board selection is based on the next highest votes earned during the recent voting by NARMS International members. Jim will fill Kelly Hampton’s last year of her first term, and will have the opportunity for a second term per the By-Laws of re-election.
In addition, we are pleased to welcome the following new members onto the Board of Directors and look forward to their valuable insight and guidance for the future of NARMS International.
John Gillis, Vice President of Business Development for Action Retail Services, has joined the board and will be the liaison for the MSO Division of NARMS International.
Stefan Midford, President and CEO of Natural Insight, will serve as board liaison for the Associate Member Division.
Julie Nichols, President of Nichols and Associates, will serve as board liaison for the Event Marketing Division.
Jerry O’Brien, Director at University of Wisconsin, Madison, was selected to fill a second term on the Board of Directors, and will continue to represent Kohl’s Department Store Center for Retailing Excellence.
