Phil Lauria of Pelco Advisors discusses the relationship between NARMS, the University of Wisconsin Madison, and the RORI Project (Return on Retail Investment). He explains that NARMS members will be able to greatly benefit from the information obtained through the initiative and that learning will be regularly updated through the NARMS website beginning in August, 2009. He highlights that the project will cover a broad retail spectrum.
