SASR and Synergy will combine Open Access PLUS (SASR) and Merchandising Management System (Synergy) to create an all encompassing recruiting, staffing, scheduling, and reporting platform. OPEN ACCESS PLUS LAUNCH MARCH 2009
March 2009 marks the new release of the patented Open Access platform. Open Access PLUS, the upgraded platform includes, Dedicated Assisted Staffing, along with additional enhancements. Open Access Plus allows customers to designate SASR associates as Dedicated for permanent-temporary programs lasting more than 30-days. Exclusive Staffing allows the customer to include some or all of their employees on the Open Access scheduling system or to designate SASR personnel as exclusive to their account only. Exclusive PLUS will also allow clients to move some or all of their employees into co-employment with SASR. Customers benefit by alleviating regulatory costs, such as exposure to unemployment insurance or workman’s compensation claims, while giving employees access to large group rated benefits such as medical, dental and other life and related insurance products. The employer maintains control over the hiring, training and termination process yet significantly reduces most of the internal administration costs associated with human resource functions.
